This is a fantastic apartment and priced to sell. It is situated in the beautiful village of Bolnuevo, an extremely sought after area. It has great rental potential.

As soon as you walk in the lounge/diner, the stunning views will take your breath away. You have views, all over the bay of Mazarron. A door is leading onto the balcony, where you can enjoy the views "al fresco"

The compact kitchen is fully fitted and comes with all white goods including washing machine. There is enough workspace and cupboards.

Both bedrooms are good size bedrooms and can easily fit a double bed or twin beds. From one bedroom you have stunning sea views as well. The family bathroom is completly tiled and has a bath.

Outside you will have the communal pool with a big terrace, where you can put your sun loungers and relax. From here the views are overwhelming.

Because of the location, within minutes from shops, restaurants, beach etc, the property has good rental potential. It does not need much maintenance, so it would make a great holiday home. It is priced to sell and we do not think it would be long on the market.

Bolnuevo is a small seaside village, with probably the best beaches in Mazarron.

With the backdrop of the Sierra de Las Morera-s mountain range and the warm clear Mediterranean to the front Bolnuevo is famous for the -enchanted city- an unusual limestone outcrop, that has been weathered by the elements over millennia.

With a small collection of shops, bars and restaurants Bolnuevo is the ideal location to enjoy a tranquil seaside getaway. From the beautiful Punta Bella cove, around to the wide sandy beaches, with their laidback beach bars Bolnuevo is a beach lover-s haven.

There is a very nice campsite in Bolnuevo with an amazing swimming pool, kids pool and bar area, that is open to the public (for a small fee) and if you do not want the expense of running your own pool, this pool area would definitely enhance any stay.

Situated in the Southern part of the Bay of Mazarron, Bolnuevo is approximately 5 mins from Puerto de Mazarron and 5 minutes from Mazarron.

Mercers have a small selection of select properties for sale in this sought after location. Please bear in mind that properties here do command a premium and therefore prices will be higher than in Puerto de Mazarron or Camposol.
