2 Bedrooms - Apartment - Murcia - For..

Beautifully located 2 bedroom apartment, fully furnished and with air conditioning, situated on Jardin 4, which is one of the smallest and cosiest gardens, with a well established community of owners and residents, and one of the nicest pools on the entire resort due to its size and the general feel of the garden and the people living in it.The property is oriented towards West and North and boasts prime views to the community pool area and the lush landscaped garden around it. Jardin 4 is only a very short walk from the Condado sports club with its restaurant / bar, tennis, paddle tennis, and multipurpose courts and gym, open all year round. The “Al Kasar” town centre can be reached within a 15 minute walk and the location on Jardin 4 also provides easy access to the second security gate to the resort, so just a quick drive and within minutes you will find yourself on the highway leading you to the white sandy beaches of the Mazarron coast, which are merely 20 minutes from the resort. The property is in immaculate condition and the living area feels larger and more spacious than other 2 bedroom apartments we see on the resort. It will be sold with all items included and is open to reasonable offers. If you would like more information on this property, please contact Quality Homes Costa Calida today.
