2 Bedrooms - Apartment - Murcia - For..

Spectacular penthouse located at the best golf course of the region at Condado de Alhama Golf Resort in block 16 on a strawl from the main commercial center "Al Kasar". This one off penthouse property is simply stunning, luxurious furniture can be found throughout the property it has been well kept and hence its in an imaculate condition. The penthouse properties are situated at the famous Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course, its a 18 hole par 72 course with lots of challenges. From the terrace you will see the Sierra Espuna mountains and holes 16 and 12. A parking is in the price included. Euro 77.750 Condado de Alhama Golf Resort has been build in the year 2007-2009 and has since then being developed to one of the most popular holiday destinations for families and golf players from people around Europe, but also for the Spanish people. We would characerize the resort as being a very safe, gated and very well maintained (golf) resort with plenty of space for the kids to run around, use one of the 20+ pool, 15+ child playgrounds or other sport leisure areas around the resort. Obviously for the golf players we have the only Jack Nicklaus Signature golf course available in the region, which was ranked best in the year 2013. In Condado we will find a good to very good rental enviroment. We do long-term renting properties and we have a waiting list at the moment, people wanting to life here for 6 months or longer, hence buying at Condado and not entirely using the property yourself during the year, will give you a good opportunity to cover (a part of) the running cost if you rent out the property for a couple of weeks or months.
