General Condition
We have enhanced World Cat's most successful model with 25 percent more cockpit and seating for 10. It is the roomiest mid-sized dual console you'll find. But that's not all; the walk-through transom and updated cushion systems make it more fun on the water. There's a helm with space for a big 12\" screen. Plus, there's a big, redesigned head area for all your crew.

All World Cats are constructed with durable composites, knitted glasses and advanced adhesives that lower weight and increase strength. After the gel coat color is sprayed into the molds, a vinyl ester barrier coat shields the interior laminates from water intrusion. Then, pre-cut patterns of knitted fiberglass fabric are hand laid into the molds, resin is sprayed, and then skilled laminators remove excess resin for a strong bond.

Stringer systems are built of fiberglass, pulled from molds and bonded in place with fail-safe production fixtures. Polyethylene fuel cells are secured inside the smooth gel coated stringer grid, hardware is through bolted to the deck, then the entire World Cat is bonded together.
 
Actual Condition
It is reported while at its slip, high winds generated waves which probably caused water to enter the boat. The boat was discovered on its starboard side.

Damage includes:
- Yamaha motors were submerged and were not preserved.
- Hull has heavy abrasions. Under the hull there is a 9\" x 2\" hole from grinding the rock bottom after sinking.
- Pumps, switches, shifter/throttle controls, electrical and electronics were all submerged.
