Description

Far from the madding crowds and concrete jungles of the costas, and nestling 1500feet up in the Seirra Crevillente mountains lies the small hamlet of Chinorlet, a typical Spanish village where the pace of life is unhurried and 'Manana' means what it says .The village is surrounded by pine covered mountains ,also Olive Groves, Vineyards and Almond Trees and in the spring the scent of Rosemary mingling with the Almond blossom fills the air.

Chinorlet offers the best of both worlds the peace and tranquility of village life, yet only 30 minutes away from the beaches at Alicante and La Marina ,the golf at Alenda ,the natural hot springs spa at Fortuna ,and for those more daring Benidorm and all its attractions are only 1 hour away. The village has two 5 star restaurants ,a small general store and a bakery ,there is a community bar where you can mingle with the locals or enjoy a quiz night with the Brits at Pepes, Restaurant Xinorlet.

Casa del Pino is a 100 year old former farmhouse, that has been totally reformed and renovated in 2002 to a high standard 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and sleeps 5 adults.

Alicante Property is based in Aspe which is at the heart of the Alicante region.

We are a family company started by two brothers, Gary and Mike.

Alicante Property was started after relocating our own families to Spain, and now we help other people find a new life and their dream home in the sun.

We take pride in listening and understanding clients individual needs and tastes and matching the best properties to right people.

Our business has evolved over the past 5 years from the successful locally based 'PinosoVillas' to the wider reaching 'AlicanteDreamHomes' based in Elda and 'AlicanteProperty' in Aspe.
