Three bedrooms, two baths, a modern kitchen, and a gracious living and dining room, each with french doors leading to an outer courtyard, comprise the 2,150 sq. ft. main building. There is also a small, 2-room out-building near the kitchen that consists of a very simple bedroom and a utility room for storage.
