exclusive property for sale, a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom property at La Isla, Condado de Alhama Golf resort. The apartment is South/East facing and situated on the 2nd floor at the corner of penthouse block 7, a building that overlooks the lake and the leisure area right beside the property, which is exclusive to La Isla owners, with table tennis tables, outdoor gym, ball game area and small wooden house, used as a meeting place and social hangout by La Isla owners all year round… ideal to sit and relax, have a coffee or tea and indulge in conversation or a good book... The fact that the apartment is on the corner of the building, means you don’t have people directly overlooking the property from the left side - as there is no neighbouring property block beside it –which makes the apartment very exclusive and private! A true property gem, it has now been put up for sale for a price of EUR 129.500, open to reasonable offers. The property will be sold furnished, white goods included and has air conditioning throughout. A big extra are the side awnings which are installed on the terrace in front of the master bedroom. By pulling the awnings down you can create a completely wind-free area; another great asset to this wonderful property!About La Isla del Condado:La Isla del Condado is an excusive sub-resort within the Condado de Alhama resort, built on an artificial island surrounded by its own lake and with access by a guarded gate.
