3 Bedrooms - Country House - Alicante -..

Authentic Spanish country house on a flat and sun-drenched plot with adjacent orchard where orange, lemon and grapefruit trees are cultivated. The property is totally walled, preventing the gorgeous garden and pool areas from undesired views. Its position offers tranquillity and proximity to Ondara's city centre (1,5 km), Denia and beaches (6 km), the shopping mall and motorway AP-7 (2,5 km), La Sella golf (6 km) and the area's principal hospital (3 km).The overall house renovation in 2001 respected original features as the floor of handmade, antique bricks, French chimney and antique wooden doors, besides its solid structure with extremely thick exterior walls with numerous smaller sized windows, protecting its interior from the summer heat. Decorated with rustic furnitures it provides a homely feel, though a more modern interior design would work very well, too. The design of the bathrooms would need to be renewed.Ground floor: Entrance hall with office room, spacious lounge with different atmospheres and chimney. Ample kitchen office with bathroom and access to the huge sun lounge, which in summer can be opened forming part of the large terrace that surrounds the pool. Separate dining area with two different atmospheres.First floor with parquet flooring: Hallway accessing to three bedrooms and two bathrooms, among which is the master bedroom with en-suite shower. In the garden a separate accommodation with bathroom (originally designed for the servants), and a double garage with storage area are built.Further details Oil central heating Air conditioning Double glazing Fly screens, iron shutters SAT TV Telephone line Alarm system Irrigation system Completely furnished
