This is a solid sized family pool home on a generous plot of land.

The main houses living-area consists of a cozy U-shaped sofa group with plenty of light entering through the several sliding-doors. Modern aircon units are installed in all major rooms, there are rain gutters all around the house and you`re independent with the water as the property has its own bore hole feeding the water supply.

On the terrace, there is a guest toilet plus outdoor shower to refresh before jumping into this 10 metre long swimming-pool. There is greenery at several spots. Not too much so that it is easy to maintain. There is a large covered terrace to the backside of the house. Further, there is a separate maid-room with toilet which makes the property de facto a 4 bedroom one. There is a storage room and space for a laundry area too. The house comes semi-furnished.
