Description

This fresh water boat is a beauty and has been well maintained and cared for. The center cockpit design provides spacious accommodations both above and below deck.
She has great galley space with 2 stainless steel sinks, double refrigerator and a gimballed oven. The galley runs from the end of the salon on the port side to the aft cabin entrance, a run of 8ft 6in with work surfaces on both sides and plenty of cupboard space for storage.
The main salon is cozy and light and airy. Light is provided from coach-roof windows, overhead hatches and through hull windows. When seated at the drop-leaf table you have a view outside.
The aft cabin is more of a bedroom that provides standing headroom, with a double berth and circular settee on one side. It is well lit with both LED lights and natural light from a skylight and windows, and is fitted with a vanity shelf and mirror opposite the aft window.
The head is a clever design accessed behind the chart table: a walk-through 'wet room' which also has a door through to the aft cabin.
The forward guest cabin is fitted with a double berth, shelving each side, two hanging lockers and is well lit from the fore-hatch and 2 coach-roof windows by day and bright LED by night.
The cockpit is very comfortable with stern rail seats and sports very nice canvas custom made for her in 2017. She is a great sailing and performing boat. You need to see her to believe!
