The owner of this 36' Catalina took every precaution to protect and maintain this boat from the exterior to interior.  This Catalina comes with dodger covers, helm cover, entrance cover, winch covers, teak grab rail covers, hatch covers and full splash guards.  The cockpit offers plenty of leg room for guests who join your journey. Convenient and lockable storage will be found under both the port and aft settees.  Cockpit cushions will keep your guests comfortable and the included bbq will ensure everyone stays happy.  Wide walk-around areas will grant easy access to your rigging and bow. 

The cabin features exceptionally beautiful teak wood throughout.  A well-equipped galley with 12 volt refrigeration, flush counter-top storage, a stove-top with oven and a deep, dual, stainless steel sink.  This cabin is definitely designed to allow for entertainment.  A navigational area can be found to starboard and it includes a chart table, with storage and a swivel chair. The 12 volt and 110 volt electrical panels are situated above the navigator's table.  Also to starboard, is an additional dinette table with two chairs and cabinets. The salon dinette table can be removed and the settee converts into a large berth. Additional storage is located under the salon settee.  The salon dinette is large and serves as an additional spot to chart your next destination.  The head is located forward in the cabin.  It includes a convenient teak bench seat which makes for easy showering. White laminate surfaces with teak trim reflect the natural light shining in from the port. The master v-berth cabin includes a custom-made pillow-top mattress, an emergency hatch, storage and adequate headroom.  The aft berth includes a settee to starboard that can sleep one person and a double berth on the centerline, which has an opening, screened, port for ventilation.  The aft cabin includes a hanging locker and a privacy partition.  The cabin ports throughout allow for a bright and airy environment when entertaining down below.

When wind is lacking, fire-up the Universal single diesel engine with low hours (700) and continue your cruise.  The engine is conveniently located behind a newly insulated hatch just below the cabin entrance steps.
