The Little Harbor 36's were built to very high standards at the then Little Harbor facility in Portsmouth, RI during the term of Ted Hood's ownership and operation of the Little Harbor yard. 

This particular LH 36 has enjoyed top flight maintenance and the best of all equipment and options.  In pristine condition and ready for a new owner with a nice list of recent upgrades.
