It shall be made of reinforced concrete according to Project, as well as the basement walls.

External Walls.-

External walls to the cavity wall will be made of double I lcm thick hollow brick with an air cavity and thermalacoustic insulation inside and new partition to the interior of 7cm double hollow brick, a total of25cm thick.

Exterior Wall Coating: Facades.-

The exterior wall coating will be made of a white single layer scraped and covered with ceramic tiles.

Interior.-

The interior partitions will be made of 9cm thick double hollow brick in wet rooms and 7cm ones in the other interior partitions of the property, finished with plaster applied in vertical and horizontal walls and ceramic tiling in the wet rooms.

Tiling.-

Kitchen: in white porcelain tiling

Bathrooms: the tiling in the bathrooms will be in porcelain; the sink will be installed with furniture and the shower with a glass screen.
