This four bedroomed villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Nadaouro.

The city of Caldas Da Rainha is just 3km from the house, Obidos is less than 10 minutes away and Lisbon is within one hour.

From the house you can walk into the woods or down to the marginal areas of Obidos Lagoon to possibly spot a flamingo or two.

There are two bars in walking distance of the house and Nadadouro centre is just over 1km walk from the house.

The lovely seaside town of Foz do Arelho is a short drive away as are it's lovely beaches.

The house is well priced to sell and finding properties of this standard can be difficult in this area so don't delay.
