Erected end of 2009 and constantly cared, this lovely and well-built 4 bedroom pool home offers peaceful living in a nice housing-estate on a slope in Bang Sarae where Thailand is peaceful and close to nature.

Entering this elevated house, you access a generous living- and dining-area that is built in L-shape. The dining table hosts 8 persons. Further behind, you find the modern western kitchen with granite worktop, extraction hood ceramic cooktop, dishwasher, granite worktop and plenty of space. Two steps outside, there is an additional Thai kitchen for the more smelly preparations.

There are a total of 4 bedrooms all of them having an en-suite bathroom. One bedroom is currently used as a workshop and another one as an office.

The outdoors are nicely decorated. There are two terraces, one for outdoor dining next to the pool, the other one holding deckchairs for a good read at fresh air. The pool is reasonably sized and well maintained.

The outdoors are adorned by trees and palms in a well-cared gravel bed. There is little maintenance to do and the fees to the village are very modest.

The stable aluminum sliding-doors and windows provide mosquito screens throughout and therefore provide a pleasant airflow. Outside there are galvanized rain gutters all around the house. There is satellite-TV reception plus ADSL Internet. Most of the loose furniture pictured will go with the seller. However, the chic kitchen and everything that is built-in stays.
