4 Bedrooms - Villa - Alicante - For Sale

A very well presented and spacious 4 bed, 2 bath detached villa, located on
a quiet residential area, mid-way between the much sought after villages of
Jalon and Alcalali, being just 1km from either.

This lovely, south-facing property further benefits from
enjoying spectacular views of the beautiful Jalon Valley countryside and surrounding
mountains.

The villa is set on two floors. There is a private off-road, street-level covered parking, with the main body of the property being on the upper floor, which is entered via a superb fully glazed "naya",  ideal for relaxing in the shade or simply enjoying the marvellous panoramic views. This leads into the spacious, light and airy lounge with feature beamed ceiling and dining area. Adjoining the lounge is the well-equipped kitchen with fine quality units, appliances and work surfaces. A hallway leads down to two double bedrooms, one currently in use as an office. There is also a communal bathroom with bath.

External steps lead down to the ground floor where there is a superb independent guest apartment, two further double bedrooms, and both being served by a second bathroom with shower. Next to the apartment there is a large storage room which offers great potential for further extending the apartment if so desired, or perhaps to create an outdoor kitchen / barbecue area to compliment the fabulous 8 x 4 metre private pool with ample surrounding terracing.
This sensibly-priced property also benefits from being fully double glazed, and having electric central heating to wall radiators, plus ADSL internet, land line telephone and UK satellite TV installed. There are numerous other fine quality fixtures and fittings throughout this very impressive property, hence we strongly recommend viewing in order to fully appreciate its many attributes and idyllic location.
