The \"BELLA VITA\" is only used about 45 days a year. The owner has the yacht stored in a secure warehouse from February 7 through December 15th. The yacht is then used in the KEY WEST area at this time. The yacht is maintained year round while in storage by professionals to maintain the the vessel in yacht grade condition.

This very popular  Sea Ray Sedan Bridge is in excellent condition with numerous recent upgrades, including all lights were changed to LED (great for anchoring out as they use less energy) last year.  Bow thruster added 4 years ago at the cost of $15,000.00, new Sony VaiOS tv's in salon and stateroom and a third smaller TV in the guest stateroom. The batteries were upgraded to AGM batteries two years ago. The battery charger was up graded and solar panels were added that rest on the bow and stow away for traveling. There is a Sirius satellite system for navigation. 

Recent maintenance:

Both head systems replaced last year, including pumps. Replaced one of the two fresh water pumps, with a second new pump on board but not installed as a spare. the auto pilot , chart plotter displays were fading so they were replaced last year. One bilge pump was replaced and one added as a spare.
