General Description

With the same Bruce Farr designed hull as the First 45f5 racer/cruiser, the Oceanis 44 Center Cockpit adds performance to her many other innovative features. Standard in-mast furling, genoa furling, and electric maneuvering winch ensure complete ease of handling. Her magnificent interior combines rich, warm wood with plenty of light and ventilation. Unique to this boat is the raised salon table, which allows a panoramic view outside while seated. The Oceanis 44 Center Cockpit is truly a wonderful blue-water boat and is ready to go cruising now.

Actual Condition
It is reported by owner that: Hull and Keel area in need of extensive repair. Hull has 2 fractures on the interior hull grid supporting the keel. Boat was washed ashore on the outer banks of NC last year May 2017. It was recovered by a boat salvage yard and it is currently dry docked. The Main sail needs to be replaced as well. Please inspect carefully before making an offer.
