The First 45 combines stunning good looks, exceptional performance cruising or racing and a interior that is practical and comfortable while under way or moored. Designed by P. Briand she is a pleasure to sail with her non overlapping jib and powerful main.

ANNIKA is exceptional.  She is a one owner boat, has always been professionally maintained and shows like new. 

Alpi blond Oak interior, 3 spreader tall ( Regatta ) rig with rod/PBO, North 3DL sails, carbon spinnaker pole, custom hydraulic controls, full Raymarine instrumentation, SSB, retractable bow thruster, 7'10\" T-keel, diesel heater, less than 150 hours on Yanmar engine, fresh bottom paint 4/18. Custom rigging upgrades and improvements by master rigger Scott Easom.,
