Description

This is a rare opportunity to own one of the most popular mid-40ft range catamarans ever built.  CP is the only Leopard 46 in North American that is currently available for sale.  Designed by Morelli and Melvin the Leopard 46 is the perfect blend of sailing performance and live aboard comfort.

The current sellers purchased the yacht in Florida, and have cruised her seasonally over the last few Caribbean seasons.  Prior to leaving Florida the sellers updated and modified the yacht with a number of very nice cruising options.

Due to a couple of new additions to the family the sellers no longer have time to enjoy her on the water.

Some of her key features and recent upgrades include:

  • Solar Panels
  • Spectre Watermaker
  • Brownies Yacht Pro 25 Dive Compressor
  • Expanded Batter Bank (6 AGM versus factory base option of 3 AGM batteries)
  • Custom Fuel Polishing System
  • Custom Helm and Cockpit Enclosure
  • LED masthead tricolor
  • Viking Liferaft
  • ACR EPIRB
  • Upgraded Ground Tackle including 73 pound Rocna and 300ft of 3/8th inch chain versus 3/16th chain
  • Upgraded Raymarine Electronics Including Radar and AIS
  • Synthetic Teak in Cockpit
  • Custom Cockpit Cushions
  • Custom Fusion Sound System
  • Rogue Wifi Booster
  • Additional Cold Storage in Cockpit
  • Electric Winches
  • Washer/Dryer Combo Unit
  • 9\" Cooling Memory Foam Mattress for the Master Stateroom
  • Underwater Lighting
