5 bedroom country estate on 6.000 m2..

This is a multi-purpose estate in the beautiful surroundings of Silver-lake, 10 minutes away from Baan-Amphurs nice bathing beaches and 25 minutes away from Pattaya.

On 5.960 square meters of land, you get a large 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house that is all built with aerated concrete blocks for best heat and sound insulation. On top, the roof is insulated with a layer of rock wool. These measures plus the cathedral ceiling over the large living-space keep the place pleasantly cool. The living-area, combined with the dining-space is the center of the property. Adjacent to the dining-area is the fully equipped European kitchen. The five generous, air-conditioned bedrooms are built around this central living space. The master-bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub plus separate showers and a direct access to the pool that lays besides the main house. There is also a small office corner and stairs are leading to a loft or a gallery-level that offers space for a library, sleeping or study area.

Across the pool you get a large covered entertainment area with an open kitchen, spacious bar and a barbeque area where you can relax and watch the sunset. There is outside guest WC/shower room as well.

On the entrance-half of the estate, there is an extensive fish-pond stretching along the first half of the estate. A restaurant building, staff quarters and plenty of parking lots and extensive lawns are there to establish a fishing- and entertainment park. Yet another smaller building can be used as an office or reception. The property's rain water is drained to this fish pond. There are ideas and plans to turn the property into a resort.

The estate is accessed by a generous private driveway, lined with palm trees leading to the main house.

There is ADSL Internet, Satellite-TV, a water purifier system plus free water through the private underground water well. Galvanized rain gutters are framing the whole roof.

An interesting property at a lovely location and with lots of options.
