5 bedroom pool villa in Huai Yai with..

Do you want to live a little outside the city in a quiet environment without sacrificing a certain level of comfort? No problem, this luxury 5 bedroom pool villa in the semi-rural area of Huai Yai, south of Pattaya, offers you all the amenities you need. The fully furnished villa is built on a generous 960 sqm plot and is embedded in a typical South East Asian landscape.

Enter the property through an electric gate. A covered parking lot on the forecourt offers space for 3 cars. The property consists of a main house with 4 bedrooms and a separate guest house or maid's quarter with 1 bedroom.

In the main house there's a spacious open plan living area with a dining area and a modern and open Euro kitchen. Additionally, there is a small separate Thai kitchen. The dining area is next to the fully equipped kitchen (oven, a steam vent, a microwave, a fridge, a breakfast counter, granite top, electric cooking hob) and has a massive dining table and bar counter in the back. The capacious living area with its tasteful decor has several seating areas. From almost every corner of the bright and L-shaped living room you have great views of the garden and the pool area - thanks to wide UPVC sliding doors, which allow direct access to the pool area.

4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms complete the main house. 3 bedrooms have access to en-suite bathrooms. A generous master bedroom offers lovely views of the garden and pool area. The master bedroom's en-suite bathroom has a shower, a bath tub and a walk-in closet.

If you are looking for relaxation, the tropical garden with waterfall and a beautiful pool is the ideal place to put your mind at ease. How about a cup of tea or a coffee on the terrace next to the pool?

A few steps away from the pool is the separate guest house or maid's quarter with an open living and sleeping area, a Euro kitchen and a generous bathroom with bath tub and shower.

Although the entire house is air conditioned, thick double cavity walls make sure you don't have to use them all the time. Internet, phone lines and cable TV are available and the nice dimmable lighting contributes to the pleasant living atmosphere.

It's simply a comfortable property in a fast developing, quiet yet safe tropical environment.
