5 Bedroom Stone House For Sale

Set in the heart of the Perigord National Park, this pretty 5-bed stone house with swimming pool and landscaped gardens is situated in a charming village, within walking distance of the village restaurant and shops. The house was built in 2007 and has all the creature comforts you'd expect of a modern house, however, because traditional materials and methods were used, the house also has great character and the feeling of a lovely home.

On the ground floor, there is a spacious kitchen/dining area, a utility area, large lounge with wood floor and a log burner and French doors that open out to the back garden. There is also a bedroom and WC on this floor.

Upstairs are 3 further double bedrooms, a family bathroom and a shower cubicle and bath. At the end of the hall is the master bedroom complete with ensuite bathroom and a sauna. The bedrooms are all spacious, light and beautifully decorated.

Outside, the landscaped garden has several terraces, perfect for relaxing and a the all important swimming pool. There is also a garage.

The property is situated close to the centre of a pretty village and within walking distance of the local restaurant. 10 minutes away is the larger town of Cussac where there is a wider range of shops and services. The regional centre, Limoges is just a 40 minute drive and the city has excellent transport links and an international airport.
