This is a Captain/Owner maintained boat in turn-key condition.

August 2018 Haul Out

• The entire outside boat surface including the hull was hand painted with Signature Finish paint. No more detailing can be cleaned with pressure washer if needed.
• Bottom paint  5 coats.
• Both props balanced checked report available.
• Installed new A/C pump for A/C units aft deck and bridge.
• Installed new gen-set starter motor.
• New Bimini canvas top with Isinglass windows.

September 2018

• Oil and filter change for main engines, generator and transmissions. 45 running hours since oil change.
• General
• Mooring/Un-mooring:
• Boat is fitted with Yacht Controller unit remotely controlling both main engines and bow thruster. 
• Sanitation System Aft:
• Installed USCG approved Raritan Purasan Ex sewage treatment which can be used in all sailing areas. By passed holding tank.
• All interior lights changed to LED.

2017 - Installed Village Marine water maker.  Spare filters and cruising kit included.

2018 Installed Fuel polishing system.

All interior lights changed to LED.
