€600,000 - Almancil, Central..

A unique opportunity in the Golden Triangle for either an exclusive guest house or beautiful family home. Or indeed a mix of both.

Located in a prime location on the outskirts of Quinta do Lago, and a short drive to the airport the amenities with a 5 minutes radius are excellent.

The property has an impressive entrance, through the gates there is a large double garage (one annex presently) while the drive winds alongside the pool and terrace area to the rear of the property passed the gardens and mature palm trees.

The main house, is well appointed and has an appealing floor plan with a large open plan living area that opens to the pool and covered terrace with a bar area. This in turn leads through to the kitchen and small study area, onto the pantry and rear gardens. The two bedrooms are large and two bathrooms make up the rest of the house.

To one side there is a large 3 bedroom annex with full kitchen and bathroom, the other side of the property also has a further self contained annex. All of these could easily be redesigned to offer a tremendous single villa, all on one floor and with stunning outside space.

The pool area is magnificent with views across to the church entwined behind the swaying palm tree's.

This is a property that will need some modernising, perhaps even a complete renovation, however in a stunning location and with a fantastic plot it will be well worth the time and effort in doing so.
