7 Bedrooms - House - New York - For..

Few things are finer than this brand new and sound home designed by architect Fred Throo and built by award-winning Lipsky Building Construction. Beginning with the exterior, the home abuts nearly 30 acres of agricultural reserve in an area that is coveted by its close proximity to Mecox Beach. It is classic in design with sweeping Gable roof lines, cedar shingle roof and siding, yet sleek throughout with all conceivable modern amenities and mature landscaping and fabulous entry gate. A saltwater pool and pool house, stone fireplace and custom milled cedar outfits this area. The home itself boasts two levels and a finished lower level. There are a myriad of alluring features that encompass this home. Appliances in the gourmet kitchen are a delight for any chef and feature Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances. On this level also is a formal dining room, butler's pantry, a great room with a huge fireplace, den, and a grand entry foyer set the stage for this more than appealing environment. A three-stop elevator takes one to the upper level deluxe master suite with his and her custom baths, a marble fireplace, wet bar and private balcony that serenely overlooks horses grazing in the distance. Three additional en-suite bedrooms may be found on this level - all with spectacular views. The lower level houses a gym and sauna, the theatre room with 3 levels for tiered seating and multiple custom floor finishes; a 500 bottle chilled wine cooler features mahogany wall paneling and perfect temperature controlling device alongside a marvelous lounge area with custom cabinetry and coordinated marble counter tops. A laundry room, in addition to two more bedrooms with shared en-suite amenities rounds out this lower level.
