This house is close to all kind of villages and towns with all you need to have a good life here in France. It is on the edge of the Gers and the Hautes Pyrenees, so the benefits of both regions are joined here: nature, the Pyrenees, nice villages, easy living and the capital of the Midi Pyrenees, Auch with its cathedral, cosy restaurants and shops. But most of all: people are so friendly here.
This house (big living, cosy kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom) with its barns, the attached building (office, laundry, living, bathroom, 3 bedrooms) and the beautiful garden is very much attractive for people who want to organise activities.
And for those who would like to convert more spaces and want to finish some work.
There is a basic small guest gite, possibilities to let 2 or more rooms in the attached house and a wooden cottage.
The garden is well known and twice a year people come to visit this small paradise. The present owners run a small garden centre with flowers, herbs and plants. There is a huge covered summerterrace for barbecue or lazy afternoons. It fits on nearly 8 acres of land and a small water stream is crossing the land. About 2 acres is woodland.
An ideal house for people with young children. On a nice distance there is one neighbour but that house is facing the other direction.

The department of Hautes-Pyrenees is the southern-most department of the Midi Pyrenees region, its capital being the beautiful town of Tarbes.
The department has a very interesting geography as two small sections belonging geographically to Aquitaine are administratively part of the Hautes-Pyrenees. The department is split into two very different landscapes: mountains to the south covering half of the department, valleys to the north where the majority of the towns and villages are.
The economy of the department is mainly agricultural and tourism. Inside Midi Pyrenees, smaller areas have traditional names such as the Comminges (east of Toulouse) or the famous Gascony.
Hautes-Pyrenees is a very nice area to settle and one area to look out for (not very well known) is the Baronnies, a set of 30 villages which decided to preserve their rural traditions. An unspoilt area, they represent the rural idyll for anybody in search for absolute peace, authenticity and rest.
