This is an ideal property for someone wanting to get on the Spanish property market or looking for an investment property or to have as a lovely village spanish home.

The house is on the edge of a small hamlet of houses, extremely quiet, it is a corner property and the road is not a through road so it is only used by the houses in the hamlet.

The house currently consists of an open plan living room, kitchen, 3 double bedrooms and a bathroom. The price reflects the work required to modernise the property,

Outside there is a front, south facing porch area with plenty of room for a table and chairs and sun loungers or an above ground splashpool. There is also a small storage shed, just up a few stairs from the interior patio area.

Mains water and electricity are connected. Internet and UKTV can be connected.
