Apartment - The area more commonly..

The area more commonly known as the “New Golden Mile” is just minutes from the lively marina of Puerto Banus and the more traditional town and beaches of Estepona. Developed in accordance with more recent construction legislation restrictions, the coastal destination of the New Golden Mile benefits from a far less densely covered property layout and therefore offers uninterrupted views across to North Africa and Gibraltar.Whilst benefiting from the local Spanish charm that is identified with Estepona the New Golden Mile offers a range of five star amenities that rival only those located on its predecessor - Marbella's original Golden Mile that has been the hotspot of the elite since the 1950's.Recognising the appeal of the area some of the highest standard Five Star hotel chains have chosen to locate their services on the new golden mile, with the most recent announcement being a 35 million euro investment into the launch of a health and dietetics resort - set in the neighbouring grounds to Cosmo Beach. The Laguna Village beach resort is located on a frontline beach position, offering all of the chic of Puerto Banus with loyal clientele regularly mooring their yachts in the adjacent waters to frequent the popular restaurants and bars.Attractions include the elegant Puro Beach Club where you can hire one of the huge family sized sun loungers and chill out by the infinity swimming pool which overlooks the clear Mediterranean waters or enjoy the exclusive fusion cuisine and famous cocktails!.
