Aristocats - Villanueva de Algaidas..

This very imposing double fronted house, set in the middle of Villanueva de Algaidas has been lovingly modernised by the current owner over the last 12 years since he purchased through us (was it really that long ago?) and now consists of 7 large double bedrooms (all en-suite), 2 lounges, a formal Dining room and many other rooms this must be seen to be appreciated.

Trying to get a scale on this property is difficult! It could be a hotel, a B&B or a very large family home, with separate owners (staff?) accommodation! This house really is enormous with a built size of no less than 851 m2 and must be seen to be appreciated. New to the market and offered as a Private home or business opportunity, this house is registered with the Junta de Andalucia as a commercial holiday letting business. It is fully certificated and is fitted with all the necessary safety features.

The reality is that the description of this property is simply too log to fit here so please drop us a line and we will send you not only the full and very detailed description bt zip files of photos of the house. I remember this house as it was and can only say that the transformation is a credit to the taste and painstaking care of the owners. many people try to create this sort of business but very few succeed so don't confuse this magnificent property with cheap imitations! Send for the full details and photo files and be prepared to be impressed!

Finally on no account should you try and approach the owners direct. This is a trading business so discretion is vital to avoid damaging the extremely valuable trade.

The owner will discuss the business with suitably qualiied interested parties only after viewing.
