Price reduced by €14k from €175 to €160950k

This two bed attic penthouse is on the Moncayo complex in Parque de la Reina, Tenerife with excellent views of the sea and Mount Teide and the price is well below what it would have been a few years ago.

The apartment is generously sized with 85m2 of accommodation and comes with a roof terrace also of 85m2. Enter via the hallway into the bright living dining area which is 27 m2 and has sliding doors with a Juliet balcony. The kitchen is fully fitted with a breakfast bar to the living area and there is also a utility room. There are 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, one is en-suite.

Take the staircase straight from the living area to the roof and there is another room which can be used as a study. The terrace is huge and gets all day sunshine with panoramic views up to the mountains and down to the sea.

This house is abundantly light with lots of accommodation and it is being sold with a garage space and a lockable storeroom.

Parque de la Reina has easy access to the TF1 motorway and it is just 10 minutes from the airport or the resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas. Parque de la Reina has a school, cultural centre and a lot of children's play areas. It is a very quiet and safe location, out of but close to the main areas. There are restaurants, bars and supermarkets within the urbanisation.

Moncayo itself is an attractive complex with communal gardens and a communal swimming pool. The complex has lifts so access into the apartment is easy.

This is a lot of apartment for the money and early viewing is highly recommended.
