Ground floor

The front door opens into the entrance hall (5.5m2) off which is a store room (3m2) as well as a shower room (shower and WC).

This house, set in a quiet hamlet, is close to the pretty town of Rouillac with shops, bars and restaurants. Rouillac also hosts one of the largest monthly markets in France.
