Offered for sale is a 0.998L 1969 Austin Mini Mk II Cooper manual that has been with the current owner for the last 6 years. Coming with an extensive history file, this lot's condition scores an impressive 95 / 135.

The Mark 2 Mini was launched at the 1967 British Motor Show, and featured a re-designed grille, a larger rear window and numerous cosmetic changes.

The Mark 2 Mini Cooper changes were in line with the Mk 2 non-cooper model with the grille style becoming standardised between Austin and Morris.

This lovely example has been meticulously restored by the current owner using marque specialists (including Oselli for engine work) over the last 5 years. This process had been captured in a thorough restoration file containing numerous photographs and invoices. The car has only done 200 miles since being restored. It has Cooper S wheels and a rev counter which were optional extras. This car has had 3 previous owners before the current one, who has changed the front seats to a later model to give a more comfortable ride.
