This 18th century fully restored farm house is located on a 4000m2 of secluded land in an urban area just 12 minutes from the cosmopolitan coastal town of Sitges (Barcelona). It's defined by it's authentic and high quality finishing. The 1100m2 of constructed area is divided in 9 independent houses.

The main house offers 3 en-suite bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with a shared bathroom. On the ground-floor you find a large chill/tv/living area with a large fireplace. Special is that the Mas looks authentic and has not lost its century's old patina.

Started off with a bare shell the 8 year restoration en rebuilding proces has resulted in an completely new but authentic 18th century farm house. Electric systems, alarms, insulations, wooden beams, water and suege systems are all brand new and adhere to the latest norms and requirements
