Beautiful Umbrian Farmhouse

ITALY, UMBRIA, PERUGIA, CITTA DELLA PIEVE

A traditional stone farmhouse of 460 square meters on two floors, with an outbuilding of 60 square meters, and a fully approved and paid development project.

The 1 hectare of land surrounding the house includes olive trees and woodland.

Original beam ceilings, open fireplace with seating for four, stone and brick arch construction on the ground floor, and outdoor pizza oven add to its characteristic Umbrian farmhouse charm.

The first floor is newly renovated and ready for immediate living. The new kitchen has quality wood cabinets and high quality stainless steel appliances. Two new bathrooms have been fully modernized. New hot-water heating has been installed.

Approvals are in place for further development of a terrace over the garage, full restoration of the ground floor, construction of a 15 x 4 meter swimming pool, and a stone entrance gate.

Development of an apartment in the outbuilding is also approved, perfect for tourist rentals or visitors.

The location of this property on a private estate gives an element of added security and access to the estate swimming pools, tennis courts and walking trails. Its situation on the highest hill offers an exceptional 360 degree panoramic view of the surrounding Tuscan and Umbrian countryside and hilltop villages.

Only 12 minutes from the A1 motorway, it is also ideally located for exploring all that these areas have to offer.
