Brittany, Cotes D'Armor, Plessala.

This Longere is back to front! At the moment it faces another house, but if you put some windows in the back of the property, and made that the front, you would have views over glorious , open countryside. There is already a terrace in place, to sit, maybe with a glass of something cold?! to take in the view. Before that, there is work to do. New bathrooms, toilet, and a kitchen. Knock down a couple of walls, to make a large living room, and bedrooms. Maybe convert the attic space into a couple of extra bedrooms, already windows up there, good head height, and floor's. The house has working heating, and hot water. The water comes from a natural source, so is free.Outside, the terrace is to the side, and back of the house. There is a good sized piece of land already, the current owner is willing to sell another piece of land, with access to the river. The house is on a quiet country lane, lots of good walks all around. 10 minutes to the villages of Plessala, or Plemet. Easy access to beaches, air, and ferry ports.A good Brittany bargin, waiting to be snapped up. We are delighted to welcome you to our latest selection of Blue Square properties.
