This 2/3 bedroom single storey house has a good-size garden and is on the edge of a large village with bar, restaurant and a small variety of shops.

House

From the garden there are a number of doors that open into the house.

A pair of glass doors opens into the main living room (35m2) with tiled floor, exposed beam ceiling and a fireplace. This room is easily large enough for both sitting and dining areas. To the left of the living room a doorway leads to the galley-style kitchen (8m2) with a range of fitted units. Also off the living room is a shower room (shower, wash-basin and WC).

To the far end of the living room a corridor provides access to two double bedrooms (16m2 and 10.5m2)

From the kitchen another doorway leads to the summer reception room (29m2) with tiled floor and a pair of glazed doors to the garden.

From this room a door opens to a second shower room which is also plumbed for a washing machine. A door from here opens to a room (9m2) with glazed doors to the garden - this room is currently used as a study but could equally be used as a bedroom with ensuite.

Exterior

The house sits on a relatively large plot of 1137m2 (for a village this is quite large). A paved terrace runs along the front of the house. Attached to the side is the garage (about 50m2) with electric doors. The rest of the garden is mainly left to lawn with a number of trees and shrubs (including a palm tree and a mulberry tree).

This house is located on the edge of a large village which has all the basic amenities - the small town of Matha is just a short drive.
