Casa Fronzano

This 'typical' Tuscan country home is situated in Reggello, in the hills outside of Florence and is just a short drive from other historical centres of Tuscany such as Pisa and Siena. Positioned in a prime and sunny location, the property is surrounded by olive trees and vegetation typical of the area.

The property consists of two main structures connected by a characteristic archway which creates the impression of an antique 'borgo'.

The main building, 380 sqm, was carefully renovated in the 1990's and comprises of the following:-

The ground floor hosts a spacious living room with antique fireplace, dining room with a panoramic terrace overlooking the olive groves. There is a large kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and laundry room with storage area. All the rooms on the ground floor are particularly open and bright.

The upper floor consists of 5 bedrooms, one with a panoramic terrace, bathroom and a room connecting to the other portion of the villa.

The other part of the villa (150 sqm) dates from the 1700's and is need of renovation. It has an independent entrance and large technical room.

Outside there is a beautiful and varied garden of approximately 7,500 sqm surrounding the property, creating privacy and tranquility. There is also a muti-use room under the terrace, a small swimming pool and several covered parking places.

The heating is GPL and the property's water supply comes from a private well.
