The property extends over 4,300 sqm of land with 30 ancient olve trees and a variety of fruit trees. Possibility of building a swimming-pool.
Rain water for domestic use is stored in a cistern (in case of additional need it can be purchased from a nearby well as it is already done for agricultural use). The best nearby beach on the Adriatic coast is ca. 22 km away (Torre Guaceto, a natural state reserve/marine protected area). Other beaches are also close.
