Chamonix, France

PRICE REDUCED
Songenaz is a well-presented one bedroom double-aspect apartment occupying the garden floor of a charming traditional chalet, set in a quiet, wooded residential area approximately 2kms from Chamonix centre. The building itself comprises three apartments on three floors and is situated in the quiet hamlet of Le Songenaz, just south of the Les Bossons area of Chamonix.

The apartment provides spacious, well-lit accommodation with the modern comforts of a recent refurbishment whilst retaining the traditional charm of the chalet.

The spacious lounge/diner is bright, with a neutral décor combined with the warmth of the exposed timber beams and a wood-burning stove. French doors from the living/kitchen area give access onto two private, east and south facing decked terraces with stunning views from the Aiguille du Midi to the Glacier des Bossons and Mont-Blanc. There is also a double bedroom, a fully fitted modern kitchen open to the living area and a contemporary well-finished bathroom.

The property also benefits from two exterior stores, a garden of approximately 50m² and private parking.

Our opinion
Songenaz offers a perfect small home, ideal as a principal residence or for holidays. It would also be an excellent rental investment for annual rental.
