To the left of the entrance, a door opens into the living room (30m2) with tiled floor and a door that opens in a small internal hall.

Opposite the entrance door leads into the kitchen (17m2) with space for a table and with a door that opens in the internal hall.

The internal hall gives access to the bathroom (6.5m2) and a separate toilet.

First floor

From the internal hall on the ground floor a wooden staircase rises to the first floor landing.

The landing gives access to three bedrooms (11m2, 11m2 and 12m2).

On the landing there is a store room, a room with plumbing to install a toilet and a room (15.5m2) which could be converted into a bathroom.

Outbuildings

Attached to the house is a large outbuilding (100m2) that could help expand the living space if required (subject to relevant planning permissions). A door from the living room can communicate with this outbuilding.

Detached from the house is a smaller outbuilding (20m2 approximately) that can serve as garden shed.

At the end of the courtyard garden a large traditional arched entrance barn needs renovation work.

Adjacent to the porch (on the street side) there is an outbuilding in poor condition could serve as a parking area.

Outside

To the front of the house is a terrace, a gravel courtyard and an area of lawn.

This house could make a great holiday or permanent residence - once the gate is closed, the walled courtyard garden is very private. The house is located 2km from Matha with its shops, restaurants and market.
