Contemporary Design Villa In Novelda

Located at the feet of the mountains of Alicante is a town called Novelda. Here in the heart of the Vinalopo valley, where vineyards flourish and the scent of orange blossom fills the air, exists an ambience of fertile lands, brushed with the breeze of the Mediterranean Sea. Situated in this beautiful green valley lies a charming white villa of contemporary design, measuring some 500m2 and accompanied by a guest house dating back to 1940, of 140m2.
A 70m2 white marble covered porch overlooks the swimming pool and ample barbecue area, blending in perfectly with the vast green gardens, stretching out to a generous 10.000m2, all within 5 minutes from the town centre.
The main characteristic of this villa is its modern design and its combination of the highest quality materials. The high ceilings and white Vietnamese marble floor combines perfectly with private areas with their wooden floors and large windows with spectacular views. There is Iroko carpentry throughout the home and a spacious kitchen flooded with daylight, creating a genuinely welcoming atmosphere. This property has 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom, dressing room in the master bedroom, office and courtesy toilet on the ground floor.
In direct yet amicable contrast to the modern design of the villa, the guest house has old stone walls and a majestic appearance. Here one can find a living room with wooden beams, a traditional kitchen, one bedroom and a bathroom. This house could easily be extended by another 80m2 for another 2 bedrooms.
