The owners have created a large communal kitchen, which they currently use for meet and greet for their guests and is also a good space for entertaining as it leads out to the 'Indoor/Outdoor Garden' with its BBQ area and shaded dining area. The finca is set in 35000 square metres of land(around 8 acres), and there are 360 Olive trees that come with the land. At the moment a local farmer tends these for the owners, but obviously a new owner could tend to them for himself.

Around the house there is around 5000 square metres of fenced land, with large gates. At the moment, this land is seperated into 4 small paddocks where the owner keeps Alpacas, but this could be easily changed to accommodate horses or any other livestock. There are field shelters and stables in three of the paddocks.

The new swimming pool is 8 x 4 metres and made of pre cast fibre glass and set in a beautiful decking surround, that is fenced and private with spectacular views across the countryside.

There is a large entrance courtyard, that is gravelled and has an additional hay barn and small stable adjacent to. This small stable houses the second solar power system which has been installed for the benefit of the Casita.

There are also two generators for when required.

The use of solar power and spring water reduces overheads to an absolute minimum which means that with the land, gardens, olives and so on this would be an ideal place for people seeking to be self sufficienet and self self sustaining.
