Lovely Cortijo / Country house located in the Arroyo Albanchez, Cantoria, The property is set in a valley with breath taking scenery around you and give you lots of privacy The Cortijo is located along a concrete road which then changes to track for the last few hundred metres. Access is very easy in a normal car The main towns of Cantoria and Almanzora are just a 5-8 minute drive away but the nearest little hamlet is 1 minute away. The nearest beaches are around a 40-45 minute drive. Airport of Almeria is around 1 hours drive. Murcia is 1 hour 20 minute and Alicante is around 2 hours. The house is 130m2 on a plot of 2001m2. Outside there is a private walled pool terrace with a 10 x 5m pool and a fantastic view of the hillside around. The garden is very mature with many natural established trees and plants, Olives & Almonds included.
