Cortijo / Country House in Huercal-Overa

Situated on a perfect location with good access just outside Huercal-Overa, you will find this cortijo of around 151 m2 on a plot of 2.318 m2. This cortijo is currently used as house with garage of 27,20 m2, barns + storage room of 80 m2 and an inner courtyard. All these external buildings can be perfectly converted into a Bed & Breakfast with rooms with their own entrance. You enter the house through the hall/sitting area. Adjacent to this room, you will find the dining room, which is currently combined with the living room. Next to this room you will find the spacious kitchen with double doors at the front and access to the garage.
