Cortijo, Huercal Overa, Almeria, Spain

The house has four bedrooms, 2 downstairs and 2 upstairs together with a bathroom on each floor - There is also a living room on each floor.

Downstairs there are also 2 rooms currently used as offices but obviously they could be used for other purposes. In addition there is a 75m2 covered courtyard.

The house is being sold furnished and comes with airconditioning as well as central heating for those few cooler winter months.

To top it off the house also comes with its own 'Bodega' (Wine store) of 50m2 Outside, there are 2 garages of 52m2 and 22m2 plus there are 4 warehouses/stores of 136m2, 105m2, 32m2 and 75m2 so there is plenty of room for business uses or perhaps keeping animals ....... oh ... hang on a minute ... for animals there is also a 'Nave' of 82m2 If this is not enough then there is also a ruin of 50m2 which can be reformed into further accommodation and because there is Urban land it will even be possible to build another completely new house!

The land runs to 61.774m2 planted with 200 Olive trees, 500 almond trees plus various fruit and orange trees and to ensure irrigation is not a problem there is a 400m2 'Balsa' (agricultual water deposit). There is also a well providing extra fresh water to the house.

You might think that with all this land the property would be located in the middle of nowhere ..... you'd be wrong ..... you can actually walk to the local bar and supermarket and if you want to get to the coast or any major towns then the motorway is just down the road.

This is a very well located property with huge potential for either self sufficiency or starting up an activity centre and if that's what you are looking for then you can't really go wrong with this one!
