The house is situated in the village of Gundersheim, near the Austrian/Italian border.

You can drive over to Italy in about 15 mins and have lunch!

It is a short drive to the Nassfeld ski area. or take the free ski bus.

The house benefits from a children's ski slope and beginner drag lift about 500 mtrs from the house!. So it is perfect to sit on the house balcony and watch the children enjoy themselves.

The house is well equipped, including internet connection, and provides very comfortable accommodation for up to 10 people.

Klagenfurt airport is approx 80 minutes or Graz airport about 120 minutes. The house is easily accessable by train, as the railway runs through the Gailtal valley near and stops at most of the local station.

In summer there is the Pressegger lake. Dive into one of the cleanest and warmest bathing lakes in Carinthia! 'The bathtub of the Gailtal Valley'!

With water temperatures of up to 28°C, Lake Pressegger See one of the warmest bathing lakes, having the added bonus of top water quality!

There is also of course, the River Gail for rafting or canoeing etc.

The house consists of entrance hall, lounge, dining room, kitchen with breakfast area. bathroom and toilet. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and a separate shower room.

On the upper floor, there is also the separate apartment with 2 bedrooms.

The apartment has one large bedroom with an adjoining children bedroom. A shower room and toilet. Kitchen with breakfast area. There is lounge and dining room area. From the lounge of the apartment, you can access the large balcony, that overlooks the surrounding mountains and valley.

Kotschach is approximately 15 km away, Villach about 65 km, the nearest airport - Klagenfurt approximately 100 km.
