Detached manor type house, a former..

Detached manor type house, a former watermill with land cottage and river frontage.

This property sits on it's own with own gated entrance in the commune of Brehan. It has it's own river frontage with fishng rights, it definately has the wow factor for locaton, location!.

The exterior of the property needs some refreshing but inside is very much like a manor type property and has been done beautifully.

Property consists of:

A marbled staircase leading to the grand entrance hall of the property, and on the ground floor, we have:

Fitted kitchen which has an internal BBQ, with veranda from kitchen, lounge with gallery, woodburner and nice character features, a dining room and an ensuite double bedroom and a separate wc. This double bedroom has double doors leading out to a balcony.

The first floor:

Has 3 double bedrooms, all ensuite, 2 with shower and one with a bath, there is also a separate wc on this floor.

The second floor:

Has a very large bedroom or games room, ths could be made into another ensuite bedroom if so desired.

From the first floor you can have access to the gallery which overlooks the lounge and this is indeed a stunning feature with lots of character.

There is also a basement which consists of:

Garage, workshop, storage and cellar.

This property also comes with a cottage of 2 bedrooms, lounge and kitchen area, but needs some work and refreshing to make habitable, would make a fabulous gite or extra accommodation for family and friends.

There is also another garage attached to the cottage and storage space too.

Outside:

River frontage with fishing rights, woodland area, and land totalling 21259 m².

This is an ideal property as a large family home, B&B, fishing business, or having a gite to let out once work has been completed.
