Ground floor

The front door opens to a spacious entrance hall with tiled floor. To the right a door opens to the kitchen / dining room (28m2) with tiled floor, a range of fitted kitchen units and glazed doors to the courtyard garden at the front of the house. There is plenty of space in this room for a good-size kitchen / dining table.

To the left of the hall a door opens to a room (20m2) with glazed doors to the front garden. This room has been used as a ground floor bedroom, as off the hall there is a modern shower room (walk-in shower, wash-basin) and a separate WC). It could of course be used as a reception room if desired.
