Opis

The village is only 6 km from the city of Pleven, at the back of the National Park Kailaka, hidden into deep woods and the gorgeous canyon of river Tuchenitsa. Beautiful nature, combined with the advantage of being very close to a big city is an unique combination. About 5 km east from the village is the famous Bohot's Forest, a National Park and the home of lots of venerable oaks. Tuchenitsa's area is also a paradise for hunters and fisherman - plenty of wild animals into the woods and four dam lakes (Cherry Dam, The Blue Pool Dam, Hen's Dam and Esinovets Dam), all of them are now used for sport fishing.

The property used to be a poultry farm with cells for 2000 layers. It comprises of a plot of land - 2000 sq.m. and a small auxiliary building, which was used as living area.

Water and electricity are connected to mains, Cable TV, Internet and a land line telephone could be connected.
